The client
An independent insurance and wealth-management adviser in Hong Kong. The services span insurance planning, high-net-worth asset management, trusts and wealth succession — subjects no two-line service blurb can carry, and no single promotional page can hold.
The problem
The client needed a platform that could build trust over time, without a technical background. Enquiries arrived across WhatsApp and a personal inbox with no single entry point, and a site that needed a developer for every wording change would never stay current.
Our approach
On a content-led personal brand site the deciding factor is not the feature count but the cost of publishing. We chose a fully managed content platform so the client can publish articles and edit service pages without server maintenance or waiting on a development slot. The layout serves two jobs: let a visitor grasp the scope of services quickly, and make every enquiry happen in one place.
The outcome
After handover, publishing and content edits are handled entirely by the client, with no day-to-day involvement from us and no server or security maintenance to manage. Enquiries land in the contact form, WhatsApp or email — channels the client can answer from their own phone.
What we delivered
- Site build: platform setup, theme selection, pages and layout restructured around the client's services
- Content structure: articles organised into six topics — insurance planning, wealth protection, investment growth and more — each able to grow independently
- Enquiry channels: contact form, WhatsApp and email side by side, so visitors use whichever they prefer
- Mobile first: reading articles and sending an enquiry work just as well on a phone
